This project was to create a fusion restaurant that I called Padme. It is a Mongolian/Greek fusion restaurant that creates a unique dining experience and is a symbol of peace, positivity and enlightenment which all draws from the Mongolian culture. The Greek owner wanted to create a space that shared his journey while also tying in his Greek roots and love of his family.
